WATCH | More stringent measures at Beitbridge border

JOHANNESBURG – Over 200 illegal migrants have been prevented from entering South Africa since Monday.

Illegal immigration and smuggling of illegal goods remain a serious concern at the Beitbridge border with Zimbabwe.

However, security has been tightened this holiday season, particularly for those returning to South Africa.

Over 25,000 people have passed through the post legally so far this week.
