Joburg Fire | NGOs and politicians playing the blame game

JOHANNESBURG – The Socio-Economic Rights Institute of South Africa says the city of Johannesburg has a constitutional obligation to house the poor, who would otherwise be homeless.
The city is blaming NGOs that fight evictions for the fire at an abandoned building on Thursday.
