After finding massive success in a limited beta, The Finals launched and instantly became one of the most popular free-to-play shooters on all platforms. Mixing the visual styling of Mirror’s Edge and the destructibility of a Battlefield title, this squad-based shooter has all the ingredients to be a hit for years to come. However, there’s one question that could put that future into question: Is it crossplay? Without a big enough player base, even a game like The Finals will die off since playing online is the only option. Since it has hit its full release, we can now confidently say whether or not this title has crossplay support.
Yes, The Finals supports full crossplay across all platforms, including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. You will automatically match up and play against people on all platforms, but you do have the option to limit yourself to only get matched up with people on your specific platform if you wish. This could be an advantage if you feel players on mouse and keyboard have an unfair edge over controller players, but it could make finding a game more difficult.
On top of crossplay, The Finals also has a full cross-progression system. Thanks to the Embark account you create when starting the game, all your stats, unlocks, loadouts, and more are saved to that account. If you decide to jump over to a different console or PC later and boot the game up, so long as you log in with that same account, you can pick up right where you left off.

Modern Warfare 3 preload guide: release time, file size, and preorder
Load your mags and get ready to go weapons hot because Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is so close you can nearly smell the gunpowder. The Call of Duty franchise has yet to miss a year since the original Modern Warfare, and even though this is the second Modern Warfare 3 we’ve had, this is obviously a completely new battlefield. Not only will the campaign wrap up the globe-trotting plotline set up in the prior two games, but you can expect the usual suite of modes, including multiplayer, zombies, and tie-ins with the hit Warzone 2. With the betas all concluded, fans are left with nothing to look forward to except the full release, but there is still a way to get ready. Here’s all the intel you need on preloading Modern Warfare 3.
Modern Warfare 3 release time
If you have preordered Modern Warfare 3, you will get a full week of early access to the campaign starting at 10 a.m. PT on November 2 or your local equivalent. For everyone else, the game will launch on November 10. Preloading will begin starting at 10 a.m. PT on November 1.

RoboCop: Rogue City: release date speculation, trailers, gameplay, and more
“Dead or alive, you’re coming with me!” The classic RoboCop movies, particularly the original, were a groundbreaking take on crime and police in a near-future version of Detroit. While the reality surrounding those things has moved in quite a different direction than the film predicted, it’s still a great concept and an awesome piece of ’80s nostalgia. RoboCop himself, though, has never really been done justice when he’s been translated into games. We got a handful of early games on systems like the NES and SNES, but they were not quite able to really capture the feel of being a walking tank on the streets of Detroit.
First announced in 2021, RoboCop: Rogue City looks to finally put you behind the mask of RoboCop. However, being such a beloved film, there’s a reasonable amount of hesitancy surroundings this adaptation. Not to worry, though, because we’ve done our patrols and staked out all the important locations to bring you everything you need to know about RoboCop: Rogue City. All you need to do is read on. You have 20 seconds to comply.
Is Lords of the Fallen cross-platform?
If there’s one thing you can count on in nearly any Soulslike game, it’s that you’re going to face some hefty challenges along your journey. That rings as true as ever in Lords of the Fallen, which tasks you with exploring treacherous locales and facing off against horrifying and deadly creatures around every corner. As such, you may find yourself wanting to bring a friend along for some cooperative play, and you can do exactly that by simply inviting them to your world, where they can stay for as long as they’d like. However, if you’re wondering what options you have available if your friend is playing on another platform, we’ll tell you whether Lords of the Fallen has crossplay below.
Is Lords of the Fallen cross-platform?
The quick and easy answer to whether Lords of the Fallen has crossplay is yes, it features crossplay. However, this only works between PC and each console individually, meaning that PS5 and Xbox players can’t connect with one another. For those on either platform looking to connect with PC players, though, you can freely invite someone for co-op (or invade them for PVP) with no issues whatsoever.
