The leadership of the ruling Africa National Congress ANC have come out to warn detractors to desist from sustained smear and damaging campaign against the peoples party or face serious litigation.

This came after some splinter aggrieved elements within the country made memes and caricature, taunting  that the ANC used enormous amount of money to win some aggrieved MPs who had initially indicated strong interest to kick out incumbent president Jacob Zuma out of office.

The unsuccessful attempt to oust Zuma from office attracted wide international attention, following the wide publicity that the secret vote of no confidence generated.

The party through it’s supporters in KZN have urged the national leadership to institute legal action against any party or individual bent on damaging and long fought for integrity and reputation of the ANC.

According Aeron Mokoena the continuing attack directed at the ANC is becoming unbearable and intolerable, urging that the time to act is now before 2019 presidential elections.
