Juju made interesting pledges in the letter. He also assured Trump of certain things in SA.

Donald Trump ignoring Malema’s congratulatory message shows signs that SA may have it rough under the US President-elect.

Trump has snubbed the EFF commander in chief by not reciprocating Malema’s congratulatory message to him.

Trump had within the first few days of his victory called some leaders of other countries and prominent politicians to show appreciation.

Malema was among the first world top politicians that congratulated Trump on his victory in Wednesday’s presidential election.

But while Trump has responded to the messages of other world leaders and top politicians, he has failed to acknowledge Malema’s gesture.

Some of the world leaders and politicians Trump has spoken to since he won the US presidential election are –

  • Prime Minister Shinzo Abe of Japan.
  • Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull of Australia.
  • President Park Geun-hye of South Korea .
  • British Prime Minister Theresa May.

Many South Africans believe Malema went out of his league to write Trump considering what Trump said about South Africa.
