Advocate Gerrie Nel has somewhat signaled doom for Jacob Zuma’s son Duduzane, who faces a charge of culpable homicide, following his involvement in the death of two taxi passengers in 2014.

The businessman previously escaped prosecution, as the National Prosecution Authority (NPA) did not proceed with their case against him as they cited lack of evidence. But earlier this week, it was confirmed that the original decision had been reviewed, and that prosecution would go ahead.

The famous prosecutor – who would know more than a thing or two about sending away a few high-profile individuals – is confident that the State has a strong case against the businessman.
