The female politician and Democratic Alliance PM failed to have all charges against her dropped in The Pretoria North Regional Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.

The NPA announced in a media release on Wednesday that two charges against DA MP Glynnis Greytenbach had been dismissed by the courts, but four charges would remain.

The Pretoria North Regional Magistrate dismissed an application by former NPA prosecutor Breytenbach for all charges  to be dismissed in terms of section 174 of the Criminal Procedure Act of 1977.

Breytenbach allegedly shredded official and private data on her official NPA computer in contravention of the said statute.
