At the heart of the heavily emotionally charged funeral service of Korabo Mokoena, Social Development Minister Batahbile Dlamini could not contain the content of her heart, when she reeled out some dangerous reasons of domestic violence has called on men and women to stand up against abuse.

Speaking at the funeral service for Karabo Mokoena in Soweto, Dlamini said: “Our children don’t realise when they are being abused psychologically”.

The minister suggested children who “love money” are often unable to identify abusive patterns.
