In a tragic turn out of event on Thursday morning, in Madadeni township in Newcastle, KwaZulu-Natal province, a traditional healer and four people drowned in the water while performing rituals.
According to reports, it is alleged that the traditional healer and four people were performing a rituals in the river when they suddenly encountered difficulties in the water.
In that process they were drowning, four people died and the traditional healer survived after police came to the scene to attend to the drowning situation.
The traditional healer was rushed to the hospital for further medical attention. No news about the other four bodies yet.
